The 14th BCEIA (BCEIA2011) has been held on October 12-15, 2011 at the Beijing Exhibition Center in Beijing, the capital of China.

Some minor damages on interiors, but no damage of any products and manufacturing equipments.

Impact on production and aftersales service

TOMY KOGYO Fukushima Factory had closed for a few days to restore minor damage on some interiors and resumed production. All production lines resumed production now while confirming the supply of electricity, logistics and supplies. Spare parts are in stock for urgent aftersales service.

We express our greatest sympathy to the people who has been suffered from this earthquake and tsunami disaster. 

We pray very deeply for the sooner recovery at that area. 

Even though TOMY factory locates close to disaster stricken area, fortunately the damage of our factory was not serious. 

However logistics are very confused currently because of load restriction and gas shortage issues.

We appreciate you to understand the late delivery and not enough after service activities for a while.

All the TOMY stuffs are putting maximum effort for the recovery and appreciate your understanding.
