Unlock the promise of genomics through PacBio sequencing
PacBio offers most advanced sequencing technologies, making it well-suited for unsolved problems in genome, transcriptome, and epigenetics research. In this seminar, Wilson will cover the update of the latest solutions for the human genetics with the Revio system.
Revio is a long-read high throughput sequencing system that allows the sequencing of up to 1,300 human whole genomes per year, key applications include human WGS, epigenetics and targeted enrichment sequencing. PacBio also provide the data analysis pipeline to comprehensively detect and prioritize variants in human genomes using PacBio HiFi reads. Including tandem repeats, segmental duplications regions and regions that are difficult to fully sequence with short read technology. By combining HiFi read sequencing and Twist target enrichment to efficiently sequence important genomic regions at scale. PacBio also supports the data analysis of the twist enrichment panel.
Wilson will also update the latest results of the MAS-Seq, MAS-Seq method is a first-of-its-kind kitted solution which supports isoform research using Single-Cell RNA Sequencing from 10x Genomics.
